A proud native of Washington, DC, Shane possesses an intimate knowledge of the region's neighborhoods, history, and ever-evolving real estate market. He has experience in sales and leasing of multi-unit investment properties, penthouse condominiums and luxury single family homes alike. With an academic background in cultural anthropology and entrepreneurship, he strives to understand and appreciate the complexities of human behavior and what matters most to people. He is an avid traveler and has first-hand knowledge of many different cultures, having lived outside of the United States in France and in Thailand. Home means different things to people in different cultures, but is universally revered.  His respect for and interest in different cultures allows him to better connect with a broad range of clients and cater to their unique perspectives.

 

In his leisure time, Shane is an enthusiastic high-performance driver, having driven on many of the region's best racetracks. He is training to become a driving instructor with the Porsche Club of America and the Audi Club of North America, along with his fellow advisor and real estate mentor Phil Di Ruggiero.
