Shane Butler is an experienced real estate advisor with a global perspective. He has a passion for empowering his clients to achieve their dreams, and is fully committed to delivering exceptional service. A proud native of Washington, DC, Shane possesses an intimate knowledge of the region's neighborhoods, history, and ever-evolving real estate market. He has experience in sales and leasing of multi-unit investment properties, penthouse condominiums and luxury single family homes alike. Clients appreciate his excellent communication skills, dedication, and attention to detail. With an academic background in cultural anthropology and entrepreneurship, he strives to understand and appreciate the complexities of human culture and what drives us all. He is an avid traveler and has first-hand knowledge of many different countries and their cultures, having lived outside of the United States in France and in Thailand. Home can mean different things to people in all cultures, but is universally revered. His respect for, and study of a diverse range of cultures allows him to better connect with a broader scale of clients and cater to their unique perspectives. In his leisure time, Shane is an enthusiastic high-performance driver, having driven on many of the region's best racetracks. He is training to become a racing instructor with the Porsche Club of America and the Audi Club of North America, along with his team member and real estate mentor Phil Di Ruggiero.
